To schedule an appointment with a clinician, kindly complete the ‘Contact us online’ AccuRx form. Alternatively, you can contact the surgery and speak to our administrative team. We anticipate providing appointments as soon as possible following our triage protocol. Whenever possible, we will book your appointment with the Clinician of your choice. Please let our team know your preference at the time of booking.
Please be aware we discourage encourage patients from calling at 8am schedule appointments. If there is no appointment available on the day you will be asked to fill out the online form. We aim to provide the online response within 48 working hours.
Each ten-minute appointment is for one person only, and for one medical problem.

Cancellation of appointment : If you are unable to attend the appointment please inform the surgery well in advance so that it can be given to another patient.
