The Practice will be closed on the following days:

Tuesday 27 Dec 2022: Boxing Day Alternative
Normally the Surgery will be closed from 18.30 on the Friday before a bank holiday until the Tuesday after with the exception of Good Friday, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
Please ensure that you order your prescriptions in ADVANCE so that you will not run out of medication during the period the surgery is closed. We accept your repeat prescription request 4-5 early before your supply runs out, please email your request on sangam.prescriptions@nhs.net.
