Our practice is moving to total triage system from 1st October 2025.
Total triage is a new approach to manage patient care. Our goal is ensuring you receive the most appropriate care or advice, in shortest possible time. This system allows us to treat urgent issues more quickly, while ensuing ongoing or routine care is managed in timely and efficient manner.
You will now be required to submit your medical or administrative concern through our secure online platform instead of calling us.
Access between 8AM and 6:30 PM to submit your request – Monday to Friday.

Why are we making this change?
- To reduce the time, you spend waiting on the phone.
- To better match appointments with the needs of our patients.
- To prioritise patients who need urgent care more effectively.
- To make sure you’re seen by the right clinician, at the right time, for the right condition.
How does it work?
- You will contact us on our online form available on our website or through the NHS App.
- If you’re unable to complete the form yourself, a family member or friend can fill it in on your behalf.
- If neither is an option, our reception team will assist you—either over the phone or in person.
No matter how the form is submitted, all requests are reviewed in the same way and within the same timeframe.
What does the form ask?
You’ll be asked to describe:
- Your medical concern or symptoms
- How long you’ve had the issue
- How you would prefer to receive help (e.g. a call back, face-to-face appointment, prescription advice)
The more detail you provide, the better we can assess your needs. There is plenty of space to write, so don’t hesitate to include as much information as possible.
A clinician will review your form and either respond directly or pass it to the most appropriate member of our team.
